Let me introduce myself…
Hi! I’m Krysti! 👋
As of right now, Squash House Productions is a one-woman show - so let me tell you about myself.
My name is Krysti Paul. I’ve been a learning and development executive for around 15 years - I’ve done it all: From facilitating training that was designed by other people, to creating, designing and maintaining multiple companies’ training programs from scratch. I have managed so. many. projects. and designed so. many. courses. And although I may sound over it, I most definitely am not.
I love learning all the things about all the things and never back down from a challenge. I’d love to take on whatever problems you’re facing in your business with you, providing as much (or as little!) support as you’d like me to.
Learning and development is my jam, but I also love to write and format content. Turning something from a mess into something beautiful is something that brings me great joy and satisfaction - and writing something useful that is actually impactful brings me that same level of joy and satisfaction. I have a journalism degree, so I can write up content that is accessible to your organization with the quickness - and I am a pretty tough cookie, so bring on your feedback and edits! I’m always seeking the best possible product that will meet your needs, so my feelings don’t matter (well, maybe a teeny bit) in this process.
I live in Cincinnati, Ohio (right by Kings Island), where I’ve lived most of my life. I’m married to my phenomenal husband, Joe. We have an English Mastiff named Daisy, who is the love of my life (sorry, Joe). In my spare time, I enjoy podcasts (especially long form ones like Serial, S-Town, The Wedding Scammer, and Chameleon), playing video games (some highlights are Baldur’s Gate 3, Pokemon Arceus, Super Mario 3D World, Nobody Saves the World, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity), and reading (I’m currently working my way through Stephen King’s On Writing, in addition to brushing up on the audiobook I’m recording for Librivox: Those Barren Leaves by Aldous Huxley).
